I broke down today and was advised 90 mins to get a recovery which was fine, as I have worked in the recovery business for 17 years I know what it's like, the man on the phone was very nice and i did not feel worried at anytime during the call, he resured me everything was ok as i had my 4 year old son with me and then the guy NEIL turned up within 30 mins and so good at his job from his manor to loading my vehicle on his specklift, just want to say if I had drivers like that I would have been very happy to work for my company who I worked for smiths recovery services Ltd, Birmingham, Please use this company if and when you need them,
