OUR CONTROL CENTRE
Our dedicated Roadside Rescue and Recovery Control Centre is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It is staffed by a team of trained Operations Controllers. The process of taking the call for assistance, deployment of resource and the completion of the job are all undertaken using the most up to date technology available within the industry.

OUR TRAINING AND FACILITIES
To ensure our staff are providing the best possible service at all times, we have on site training facilities where we train our staff using ‘in house’ developed training plans. We also undertake industry developed and recognized training modules for the Vehicle Recovery Industry. We are able to provide this facility to outside companies. Competitive rates are available on application.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Where a roadside repair may be possible we deploy one of our first response vehicles. These are equipped to carry out most roadside repairs. We also offer a roadside tyre replacement service using a vehicle specifically equipped with the latest tyre fitting equipment.

ACCIDENT AND HEAVY RECOVERY
We operate some of the biggest and best accident recovery vehicles and equipment currently available to the industry. Our industry experience and training has ensured that we have successfully handled all types of recovery from any location that we have encountered.
WORKSHOP AND STORAGE FACILITIES
Our workshop facilities extend from family car servicing to major repairs on heavy commercial vehicles and trailers. Our compound provides extensive secure parking monitored by CCTV. Our 24 hour Control Room is also on site.
